John Diemer Elementary PTA Community Sponsorship

Monetary donation to the John Diemer Elementary PTA is one way to help ensure we can continue supporting an enriching experience for our school community. While direct donations are welcome at any time, we welcome families and members of our community to consider sponsoring the John Diemer Elementary PTA.

Sponsorship monies will be spent on educational enrichment, field trips, school supplies, annual fall and spring community events, and more. 

Sponsorships are set at three tiers to allow each family to invest in John Diemer Elementary in a way that makes sense for them. The John Diemer PTA is a non-profit organization and donations are tax-deductible as allowed by the law.

How to Become a Sponsor

If you’re interested in becoming a John Diemer Elementary PTA Community Sponsor, please fill out the Sponsorship Form at the end of this packet and return through email at diemerfundraising@gmail.com or through mail at the address below.

Payment can be made by check or online:

• If you choose to write a check for payment, please make it out to John Diemer PTA.
• For online payment, please reach out to Rebecca at Diemerfundraising@gmail.com to receive instruction.

Sponsorship Levels

Nestling Sponsor, donation of $250

• As a nestling sponsor, you will receive 1 eagle swag item of your choice.

Fledgling Sponsor, donation of $500

• As a fledgling sponsor, you will receive 2 eagle swag items.

Soaring Supporter, donation of $1,000

• As a soaring supporter, you will receive 2 eagle swag items and 2 tickets to the adult fundraiser in March.

Golden Eagle Benefactor, donation of $2,000+

• As a golden eagle benefactor, you will receive 2 eagle swag items and a table for 8 at the adult fundraiser in March.

Note that some rewards cannot be redeemed after a certain time such as the tickets to the adult fundraiser due to timing of events. Please reference the event page of this document to learn about dates.

• Yearbooks - The PTA would like to make sure every student has access to a yearbook so they can look back on their time at Diemer!
