2025-26 PTA Corporate/Business Sponsorship

CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP

Is your company looking for a way to help out in the community?  Consider sponsoring our PTA!

John Diemer PTA is offering Business/Corporate Sponsorships.  We are offering sponsorship levels to allow businesses to invest in John Diemer and demonstrate their commitment to improving the life and education of every child at Diemer. 

Sponsorship monies will be spent on educational enrichment, field trips, school supplies, annual fall and spring community events, etc. 

The John Diemer PTA is a non-profit organization and donations are tax-deductible as allowed by the law. Remember, the earlier you become a corporate sponsor, the more exposure your company will have to our school community! 

Sponsorship Level

Nestling Sponsor, donation of $250

• As a nestling sponsor, your logo will be placed on our PTA site, a small logo printed on our sponsor banner shown at events, a small logo printed on every student’s Diemer Dash Shirt, and a thank you media blast (PTA social media and newsletter that reaches the whole school).

Fledgling Sponsor, donation of $500

• As a fledgling sponsor, your logo will be placed on our PTA site, a medium logo printed on our sponsor banner shown at events, a medium logo printed on every student’s Diemer Dash Shirt, and a thank you media blast (PTA social media and newsletter that reaches the whole school).

Soaring Supporter, donation of $1,000

• As a soaring supporter, your logo will be placed on our PTA site, a large logo printed on our sponsor banner shown at events, a large logo printed on every student’s Diemer Dash Shirt, a small ad in our yearbook, and a thank you media blast (PTA social media and newsletter that reaches the whole school).

Golden Eagle Benefactor, donation of $2,000+

• As a golden eagle benefactor, your logo will be placed on our PTA site, a prominent logo printed on our sponsor banner shown at events, a prominent logo printed on every student’s Diemer Dash Shirt, a large ad in our yearbook, and two thank you media blasts (PTA social media and newsletter that reaches the whole school).
  

Note that some rewards cannot be redeemed after a certain time such as the Diemer Dash shirt logo due to timing of events. Please reference the event page of this document to learn about dates.

Event or Cause Specific Sponsorship

Is your business passionate about a specific topic or would you prefer to focus funds on supporting a specific event or cause? Here are planned events and items for the 25/26 school year:

• SMS Homecoming Parade (Sep 26th)
• Diemer Dash (Oct 9th)
• Trunk or Treat (Oct 24h)
• Veterans Day Breakfast (Nov 7th)
• Son + One Dance (Nov 14th)
• Gal + Guest Dance (Feb 6th)
• Talent Show (Mar 12th)
• Adult Fundraiser (Mar 28th)
• Earth Day (Apr TBD)
• Carnival (May 1st)
• Bike to School Day (May 6th)
• Teach Appreciation (May 4th - 8th)
• Yearbooks - The PTA would like to make sure every student has access to a yearbook so they can look back on their time at Diemer!
• Fall/Spring Bookfairs
